Reforesting Our Lands: Turning Sapling Donations into Hope for the Future
At BiletBank, we watch with deep sorrow the wounds of forest fires leave on nature and wildlife. Forests are our breath, our climate balance, our future.
Due to the recent fires in different provinces in the Aegean and Mediterranean regions, we donate saplings in these regions. Our goal is to re-green the burned areas and bring hope back to nature and the future.
This month, we made our sapling donations to İzmir, a city that recently suffered a major wildfire disaster.
Every ticket turns into a tree.
We move forward with this awareness, taking steps toward a greener and more sustainable world.

We wholeheartedly believe that women deserve greater representation in sports. Our social responsibility projects continue without slowing down. In this context, we are proud to have held the signing ceremony for the sleeve sponsorship agreement with Giresun Sanayispor Women’s Football Team, covering the 2025–2026 season. The signing ceremony was attended by our CEO Ahmet Oğuz Karakaş, Club President Ünal Göze, and board members Nurettin Kesik and Bihter Özbalıkçı. After the ceremony, both parties shared their heartfelt thoughts about this meaningful collaboration.

Our CEO Ahmet Oğuz Karakaş:“We wholeheartedly believe that women deserve greater representation in sports. It is a special source of pride for me to contribute to the great success shown by my hometown in women’s football. Supporting this team, which has written Giresun’s name at the highest level of women’s football, was not merely a choice for us, but a responsibility.

It is impossible not to stand behind such a success story that emerged from our own hometown. We are truly honored to support the development of women’s football and to accompany the journey of Giresun Sanayispor. I hope this agreement brings prosperity to both our club and our city.”

Through our social responsibility projects, we strive to add value to people’s lives.
We have completed our Bocce Court project at Bahçelievler Nursing Home.

At BiletBank, we believe in creating value not only in the travel and technology sectors but also across all areas of social life. With this vision, we are proud to have completed one of our meaningful social responsibility projects: the Bocce Court at Bahçelievler Nursing Home.

This special area is now available for the nursing home residents, supporting them in leading an active lifestyle, strengthening social ties, and boosting their energy for life.

Bocce, with its simple rules and team-oriented nature, is a sport that encourages both physical activity and quality social time.

We see this court not just as a sports facility, but as a meaningful space for connection, sharing, and togetherness.

The construction has been completed, and the surrounding landscape and cover installation are in progress.

We are planning to hold the official opening between September and October. On that day, we will celebrate with a friendly Bocce match together with the residents of the nursing home.

One of the most exciting developments is that the residents have already started training to participate in Bocce tournaments! We wish them success in the upcoming competitions to be held in Istanbul and across Türkiye. We are truly happy to contribute to their journey.

We are pleased to announce that we submitted Project Outline (PO) of the HygiEnic smaRt clothing for Everyday uSe (HEROES) Project to the SMART EUREKA Cluster Program on Advanced Manufacturing, with the consortium leader, Beia GmbH.

On March 15, we were invited to submit a Full Project Proposal (FPP).

The HEROES Project

The HEROES project proposes a solution that will provide global situational awareness to acting officers and coordinators in real-time and improve the operation workflow in calamity situations.

What is SMART?

SMART is a flexible industry-driven EUREKA Cluster on Advanced Manufacturing, whose main objective is the promotion of collaborative and international close-to-market R&D&I projects with decentralized national funding.
